In this report, Jeb Design/Build, LLC has published all ratings for the following selected questions that were provided by customers surveyed since June 2008. Since then, 29 out of 43 customers responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in April 2010.

BBB ACREDITED BUSINESS

Jeb Design/Build, LLC has been a BBB Accredited business since June 2001. This means it supports the BBB's services to the public and meets our BBB Accreditation standards.

In both 2007 and 2008, JEB Design/Build, LLC has been nominated for the BBB Torch Award, an award that recognizes and celebrates regional businesses that demonstrate excellent marketplace ethics and business standards.

JEB Design/Build, owned by Joseph E. Breithaupt, specializes in residential remodeling in Northwest Louisiana. It's been the recipient of a Big 50 Remodeling Business Excellence Award from REMODELING Magazine, a Pacesetter Award for Customer Service Excellence and an honorable mention winner two years in a row in the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award competition.

Grady Golden, president of Builders Supply in Shreveport, wrote he and his wife chose JEB Design/Build for work on their home "because of the ethical way they conduct their business and the outstanding quality and service they provide their customers." Chuck Meehan, president and CEO of Volunteers of America of Northwest Louisiana, wrote, "We have utilized [Breithaupt's] architectural services, and we have worked with him on numerous fund-raising events. He and his team are committed to improving our community and give very graciously of their time and talents."

BIG 50 REMODELING ONLINE

The Big50 is a remodeling business excellence award for best practices. Every May, REMODELING Magazine inducts 50 new companies who have set the standard for professionalism and integrity through smart marketing, exemplary business practices, unique design, and extraordinary impact on their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers run successful, growing companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising the standards of the industry. To date only nine companies throughout Louisiana have demonstrated such excellence as to become a member of the Big50.

PACESETTER AWARD

The Pacesetter Awards program honors custom builders who not only excel in the business of custom home building, but also bring new ideas, more effective procedures, and higher standards to their businesses. The winners were chosen by the magazine's editors for their demonstrated excellence in one of six categories critical to success in custom building: marketing, management, customer service, design, production, and innovation.
